By installing solar panels, Verosol has taken a big step towards making its production location in the Netherlands more sustainable. With the installation of over 2,000 solar panels, we are able to generate 800,000 kWh per year.

The roof of the Verosol assembly plant is very suitable for generating solar energy, and with the installation of over 2,000 solar panels we are able to generate 800,000 kWh per year (equivalent to the annual electricity consumption of almost 300 Dutch households!) The installation of the panels is an important step towards making our production completely energy-neutral.
Verosol already uses 100% renewable electricity, and with the installation of the solar panels we are taking a big step towards becoming completely self-sufficient in the generation of energy through solar panels.
To further improve the indoor climate of our facility, we simultaneously replaced and insulated 9000 m2 of roof area. This will result in a significant reduction in our annual energy consumption.
Verosol is proud to further reduce its carbon footprint and be an even greener company.
We can now say: "Verosol is powered by the sun!".
