The textiles come with a 5-year product warranty and comply with all relevant laws, regulations and standards. Improper cleaning, outdoor use, treatment with chemically aggressive agents, and external influences (including damage, insects, contaminated condensation) are not covered by the warranty.
Textiles can be cleaned with water. For stains, use only ph-neutral soap and rinse very well after cleaning. To keep the textiles in good condition and clean, use a feather duster or carefully vacuum. Place a soft brush on the hoover and set the suction on the lowest setting. Remove dead insects immediately to avoid stains.
Loa has a fantastic coarse open structure of 17%. Due to the open structure, the edges can never be completely sealed. This may cause slight fraying at the edges of the textile over time. Never pull the loose threads, this will only worsen the fraying. Should this occur, carefully cut off the loose threads with scissors.
