The design of Fecomércio's new headquarters brings the quality of life into the work environment

We are always proud to be part of our partners worldwide inspiring projects. Therefore we proudly share a project of our partner Reflexa in São Paulo, Brasil.

The work stands out for its investments in technology and sustainability. The project seeks to use roofs in a landscaped terrace or tiles with thermo-acoustic insulation in light colors, solutions that alleviate the thermal load on horizontal surfaces, in addition to gas generators, electric car sockets in the parking lot, rainwater collection for use in irrigation and cleaning and photovoltaic solar panels.

The building has an Aqua environmental certification. With all this green purpose, Fecomércio's architecture decided to use Reflexa High Performance roller shades. The motorised roller blinds, in the Multi-Link model, are controlled by building automation.

The fabric that was selected to cover all windows is 205 SilverScreen 4%, in light gray. In total, there were 4600m² of high performance blinds installed, with 1000 motors used for total control of all facades.
